  • 如何给不锈钢储罐进行查检

 关于不锈钢储罐的查验具体分为外界查验、內部定期检查和全方位查验。其周期时间查验需依据储存罐的技术性应用标准来明确。 

  一般外界查验每年至少1次,內部查验每3年至少1次,全方位查验每6年至少1次。若储罐应用期限做到15年左右,则每2年则需开展1次外部环境检测,若应用期限达20年,则每年至少开展1次外部环境查验。 
  一、內部查验 
  1、内表层与人孔移交储存罐有没有腐蚀剂损坏状况,焊接、不锈钢封头衔接区或别的应力的地区有无裂纹; 
  2、储罐內外表层有浸蚀等状况时,解决有问题的位置开展好几处壁厚准确测量。准确测量的厚度如低于设计方案小壁厚时,应再次开展抗压强度核定,并明确提出能否再次应用和许用高压力的提议; 
  3、储罐内腔有脱炭、应力腐蚀、应力腐蚀和疲惫裂痕等缺点时,应开展金相检验和表层强度测量,并明确提出检测报告。 
  二、外界查验 
  1、查验不锈钢储罐的防腐蚀层、隔热层和设备标识牌是否有损坏,安全性附注、操纵设备是否完整; 
  2、外表层有无裂纹、形变、部分超温等状况; 
  3、移交焊接、受力元器件有无渗漏,拧紧地脚螺栓是否有损坏、基本有没有下移、歪斜等异常现象。 
  三、全方位查验 
  1、对关键焊接或罩壳开展没有受损的查验,抽检长短为焊接全长的20%; 
  2、经外部环境查验达标后,按不锈钢储罐设计方案工作压力的1.25倍开展打压试验和按储存罐设计方案工作压力开展气密性实验。在所述查验全过程中,储存罐和各处焊接没有渗漏,及其储存罐无看得见的出现异常形变为达标; 
  储罐查验进行后,需要对其查验做出汇报,指出能够再次应用或可再次应用但需修剪和不可以应用的难题和缘故,检查单需储存留档便捷之后维护保养查看。

1、 Internal inspection
 
1. Whether the inner surface layer and manhole transfer storage tank are damaged by corrosive agent, and whether there are cracks in the joint area of welding, stainless steel head or other stress areas;
 
2. When the inner and outer surface of the tank is corroded, several accurate wall thickness measurements should be carried out to solve the problems. If the accurately measured thickness is lower than the small wall thickness of the design scheme, the compressive strength verification shall be carried out again, and the proposal of whether to reapply and allow high pressure shall be put forward clearly;
 
3. When there are decarbonization, stress corrosion, stress corrosion and fatigue crack in the inner cavity of the storage tank, metallographic inspection and surface strength measurement shall be carried out, and the test report shall be clearly put forward.
 
2、 External inspection
 
1. Check whether the anticorrosive coating, thermal insulation layer and equipment identification plate of stainless steel storage tank are damaged, and whether the safety notes and operation equipment are complete;
 
2. Whether the surface layer has cracks, deformation, partial overtemperature and other conditions;
 
3. Whether there is leakage in the transferred welding and stressed components, whether there is damage in tightening the anchor bolts, whether there is basically down shift, skew and other abnormal phenomena.
 
3、 All round inspection
 
1. The key welding or shell shall be inspected without damage, and the sampling length shall be 20% of the total welding length;
 
2. After the external environment inspection meets the standard, carry out the pressure test according to 1.25 times of the working pressure of the stainless steel tank design scheme and the air tightness test according to the working pressure of the tank design scheme. In the whole process of the inspection, there is no leakage in the storage tank and all welding, and the abnormal deformation of the storage tank without visible appearance is up to the standard;
 
After tank inspection, it is necessary to report the inspection, and point out the problems and reasons that can be re applied or can be re applied but need to be trimmed and can not be applied. The inspection sheet needs to be stored and kept for convenient maintenance and inspection.
